ADOBE X BUCK

To celebrate the latest release of their Creative Cloud, Adobe wanted to do something special. So we took their logo and a couple dozen crackerjack artists and spun some interdisciplinary, animated magic.

Using the silhouette of the Creative Cloud logo, we designed and animated seven discipline-specific pieces of art inspired by the following themes: growth, community, collaboration, reinvention.

CONSTANT REINVENTION
As a celebration of the latest Adobe CC release, the core animation was a cyclical animtion that infinitely loops around the CC logo. Early-on we established that we wanted each execution for each software and artistic discipline to feel integrated and in conversation with the next.

The “nexus,” or highlighted dot in our animatic, was our guide to where the logo transformation would stem from. While we started from only using a color to represent an Adobe software,  as our designs became more finalized those key elements began to borrow and inform the next.
